This home has two bedrooms and a sofa bed that sleep six total.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, 47” TV, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious soaking tub.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The second bath has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Custom french doors in the living room open to a private balcony with four Adirondack chairs. Stroll the private boardwalk directly to the sandy shoreline.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.
For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Parking Notes: Parking is located behind the building, and the assigned parking spaces are directly in front of the entrance. There is room for 1 assigned vehicle in the space marked “205.” Throughout the resort there is parallel parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not park in other assigned / marked spaces, towing could be enforced by other residents on the property. Parking is not allowed on vacant lots. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby. Please consult with the Palmilla staff for details.
